    Get in the holiday spirit this season at Prancer's on Payne Holiday Popup Bar!  We are transforming The Library into a festive wonderland of holiday cheer.  Join us on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 5-9pm to sip on specialty holiday cocktails and enjoy seasonally inspired small plates from The Tavern.
